Kimjang Kimchi

Have u ever heard Kimchi? I think it's now popular word now. Kimchi is Korean food preserved vegetables seasoned spices and fermented seafood.
There are tons of different styles based on various regions and recipes. Some kimchis are even not spicy, just white one with water.
Yearly job for making kimchi is called Kimjang. 
Kimjang is a culture to prepare Kimchi in winter season. Kimchi is traditional dish accompanying to every meal in Korean meal tables. Nowadays, we can get vegetables at any time thanking to science but in the ancient time, we could get vegetables only in the harvest season. Therefore, after harvesting vegetables, it was very important to make Kimchi for the winter. Not only for winter but also for next year.
Still Kimjang is our life. My family's yearly job it is. My parents and my own family get together in this season for Kimjang. This weekend was the day.
